What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a breathing technique where you intentionally inhale and exhale through the mouth without pause, to influence your mental, emotional, and physical state.
I create a safe, supportive space where I gently guide you through a one hour journey, as you lie down, relax, and move through a connected circular breath, using music, and intuitive support to allow you to feel completely held as you stay present with whatever arises.
Conscious Connected breathwork can help release stress, anxiety and suppressed emotions, improve self-awareness, bring more aliveness and joy into life and create a sense of clarity, calm, or emotional reset.
1:1 Session
Private sessions offer a fully personalised one-to-one breathwork experience, where you receive my full attention and support in a space tailored to your needs, pace, and intentions.
Group Sessions
Group sessions are shared breathwork journeys where I guide you through the practice in a supportive group setting, allowing you to be held in the collective energy while still having your own individual experience.
