How Do I work?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a healing modality that allows us to release and let go of what no longer serves us and create more space for what we want to invite more of into our life.
We will use a simple yet profound breathing technique to help release stress, reset your nervous system, gain mental clarity and bring you into deeper connection with yourself.
This is a technique in which we inhale and exhale through the mouth continuously without pause for 50 minutes.

Breathwork allows you to release stored emotions and reduce stress and anxiety. It can also support you in gaining clarity, energising you and relaxing you and experiencing altered states of consciousness.
The Breath is the bridge between the mind and the body and will allow you to experience a profound connection to yourself. This practise is for anyone - no experince needed.
Just bring yourself and an open mind. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck or want to reconnect with yourself, this is a great way to come back to your body and breathe with intention.
